As a brand that has over time presented themselves as a luxury brand, they have slowly created an unapproachable look and feel, losing touch with those whom identify Victorinox with the product that started their company, the Swiss Army Knife. The goal was to tie the emotion back into the brand by through a narrative of how this tool becomes an appendage to one's every day life.
